In this position, you will work with students from PreK to 8th grade, focusing on both verbal and non-verbal communication needs within an intensive communication program. At AnthroMed Education, our SLP Director of Clinical Support is dedicated to providing guidance throughout the school year. You will participate in bi-weekly team meetings to foster collaboration among all AnthroMed SLPs.

Compensation:
Receive a competitive salary paid weekly, ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
- Provide both direct and indirect speech and language services to students in PreK-8th grade.
- Collaborate with case managers to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Work alongside interdisciplinary teams and classroom teachers to address students' communication needs.
- Monitor student progress through observation and data collection to refine treatment plans.
- Lead training sessions for staff and the community on communication disorders.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders.
- Eligibility for IDFPR licensure in Illinois.
- Eligibility for Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois.
- Preferred experience in a K-12 educational setting.
