Job Title: MRI Technologist

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Pennsylvania.

Job Summary

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for taking medical images of patients using magnetic resonance imaging technology. You will work in a hospital, outpatient center, or other healthcare facility, preparing patients for MRIs, operating MRI technology, processing MRIs for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI technology to take medical images of patients
  • Prepare patients for MRIs, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Process MRIs for radiologists and physicians, including analyzing images and identifying any abnormalities
  • Handle patient records, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an MRI Technologist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
