Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pet Groomer to join our team at Tractor Supply Company. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to dogs, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality grooming services to dogs, including bathing, trimming, and styling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain grooming equipment, including clippers, scissors, and dryers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in pet grooming or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift and move dogs weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
