About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a School Bus Monitor. As a School Bus Monitor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students during transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring students during bus transportation
  • Ensure student safety and security at all times
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
  • Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections of buses
  • Report any incidents or concerns to management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work a split schedule with guaranteed hours
