Position Overview
SBM Management Services is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician who can ensure that our clients' floors are impeccably maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing clean and organized environments in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform vacuuming and mopping duties
- Execute extraction processes (both wet and dry)
- Conduct carpet spot removal
- Manage furniture relocation before and after cleaning
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding updates, progress, and any issues encountered

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Floor Technician
- Proven experience in the janitorial sector
- Proficient in operating a floor scrubber
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Familiarity with side-by-side machines and floor scrubbers
- Relevant custodial experience

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Compensation
$17.00 per hour
