Greenworks is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager/Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence and process improvement across our automotive products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high efficiency and quality standards.
- Lead and manage quality teams to achieve exceptional results and minimize defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a mechanical or electronics-related field.
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the assembly industry, preferably with experience in vehicle quality management.
- Proficiency in using English as a working language.
- Proficient in using various quality tools and software.
- Strong logical thinking, leadership skills, and adaptability.
