Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, triaging patients, and performing various clinical tasks. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine treatments and procedures.
- Triage patients, ensuring appropriate disposition and communication with healthcare providers.
- Participate in a relationship-based care approach to care delivery, focusing on patient-centered care and excellent communication.
- Perform point-of-care tests, EKGs, and other tests as directed by clinicians.
- Assist with staff education and evaluation of clinical competencies for new and existing employees.
- Support the site by acting as a liaison for JCAHO, POCT, and other quality improvement initiatives.
- A graduate of a state-approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
- Two years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with physician office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
