Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our practice, ensuring exceptional patient experience and outcomes.

• Lead Team to Success: Direct and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and achieve outstanding results.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct daily operations, including staff scheduling, office administration, and performance management, to ensure seamless and efficient practice operations.
• Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of team, office, and patient outcomes, driving continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of practice management.
• Patient Engagement: Understand and connect patients with Serenity's treatment options, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provider Support: Provide support for 1 to 3 providers, including training and education on best practices and new technologies.

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience in a healthcare or related field.
• Customer Service Mindset: Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• De-escalation Skills: Well-versed in de-escalation techniques and able to manage challenging situations with ease.
