About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst to join our team at HRSD Talent Management.

This role involves working under broad guidance to design, develop, and maintain reports using various reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop reports using various reporting tools for HRSD's Customer Care Center and jurisdiction partners.
  2. Maintain existing reports and data extracts with complex programming procedures.
  3. Implement functionality for Oracle-based applications to support day-to-day operations.
RequirementsQualifications

A Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology field or a related discipline is required.

Alternatively, relevant experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Skills and Experience

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a programmer is required, with at least 2 years' concurrent experience programming with enterprise software systems.

At least 2 years' experience writing reports for financial systems is also required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience programming with Oracle Software systems.
  • Detailed understanding of systems software and database support best-practice policy and procedures.
