This role requires a strong understanding of IT practices and terminology to effectively drive project execution tasks to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document customer requirements by interviewing and understanding customer needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee technical tasks during the project execution phase.
  • Identify user needs, document requirements, and address process improvements in business systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools, such as Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.

Preferred Skills

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and execution using tools like MS Project.
  • Understanding of analysis and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
