Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise nursing care functions and activities in specialty areas.
- Implement, educate, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
- Take charge of nursing personnel and take patient assignments as needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum two years as a staff nurse, with previous charge nurse experience preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Florida.
- BLS Certification, approved by the American Heart Association.
- BSN degree.
- Basic Computer Skills.
