Esta persona desarrolla planes de proyecto, establece cronogramas, asegura recursos, toma decisiones técnicas según sea necesario, proporciona informes de estado y garantiza que toda la documentación del proyecto se complete de acuerdo con el Sistema de Calidad de BioFire Diagnostics.

Se espera que trabaje y se comunique eficazmente con los miembros del equipo, otros departamentos y la alta dirección para alcanzar los objetivos de los proyectos asignados.

Funciones Primarias
  • Realiza todo el trabajo en cumplimiento con la política de la empresa y dentro de las pautas del Sistema de Calidad de BioFire Diagnostics.
  • Desarrolla planes de proyecto, incluyendo programación y hitos. Mantiene estos planes y cronogramas, actualizándolos según sea necesario.
  • Colabora con otros Gerentes de Proyectos de Ingeniería y la Gerencia de Ingeniería para asignar recursos a los proyectos.
  • Proporciona actualizaciones recurrentes sobre el proyecto a la dirección y otros departamentos.
Gestión y Capacitación de Equipos de Proyecto Multidisciplinarios
  • Comunica con los miembros del equipo y difunde información del proyecto.
  • Gestiona roles y responsabilidades de los miembros del equipo, asegurando que todos los ingenieros comprendan su papel y las interdependencias dentro del equipo del proyecto.
  • Motiva a los miembros del equipo y proporciona incentivos y estímulos morales según sea necesario.
  • Asegura que los proyectos se desarrollen de acuerdo con los procesos de control de diseño de BioFire Diagnostics.

Mantiene el Archivo de Historia de Diseño del proyecto y asegura que toda la documentación cumpla con las necesidades del proyecto y del equipo, y se complete de acuerdo con el Sistema de Calidad de BioFire Diagnostics.

Proporciona supervisión técnica de los proyectos y toma decisiones técnicas según sea necesario para mantener el proyecto en el cronograma.

Recibe supervisión de un Gerente de Proyecto de Ingeniería III o superior, y actúa como mentor para otros ingenieros.

Datos Suplementarios

Este puesto no tiene empleados directamente a cargo. Sin embargo, requiere supervisar a los miembros del equipo para asegurar que el trabajo del proyecto se complete a tiempo y con niveles de calidad aceptables. Los equipos pueden incluir ingenieros de EE, ME y FW.

Este puesto incluye la gestión de proyectos de alcance y complejidad moderados. Puede requerir viajes mínimos.

Educación

Se requiere título de licenciatura o superior en Ingeniería o Gestión. Se prefiere certificación en Gestión de Proyectos.

Experiencia

Se requieren más de 6 años de experiencia en ingeniería, con más de 4 años en gestión de proyectos relacionados con la ingeniería. Se prefiere experiencia en una industria altamente regulada.
