We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as an RN CNA/QMA Instructor at Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, IN. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to share your nursing knowledge and expertise with our staff and residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and conduct Nurse Aide training classes and testing
  • Develop and maintain teaching materials and resource libraries
  • Coordinate State-mandated training hours for CNA's and QMA's
  • Participate in Quality Improvement meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness
  • Develop and implement an effective orientation program
  • Conduct and coordinate skills testing
