Job Summary

As a Facilities Apprentice, you will assist our experienced facility technicians in providing efficient and reliable maintenance services to preserve the facility and grounds for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily maintenance tasks, including installing equipment, maintaining mechanical systems, and repairing machines.
  • Respond quickly to on-demand requests for maintenance and repair services.
  • Monitor the overall condition and appearance of the building and grounds, reporting any maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
  • Perform general repairs on the facility and equipment, including but not limited to; restaurant refrigerators, electrical switches, painting walls and floors, laying bricks, installing tiles, clearing clogged drains, repairing plumbing or heating & air conditioning equipment, rewiring offices, moving furniture, etc.
  • Install and maintain industrial equipment and physical structures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires at least 1 year of experience directly related to the job duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
Work Environment

The position involves prolonged sitting, walking, stooping or bending, lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds on a daily basis. Work is performed in the casino and/or outdoor environment with varying levels of exposure to the elements, noise, illumination, air quality, and/or temperature.
