Job Summary:

The Attendant, Suites is responsible for delivering and serving food at designated events, ensuring the smooth execution of all activities during their shift. This role involves setting up and cleaning event areas, as well as managing the return of leftover food and equipment to the catering facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered events to their assigned locations.
  • Monitor and log food temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
  • Set up tables and decorations according to event specifications.
  • Arrange buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items in line with company standards.
  • Provide excellent service by serving food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the location during and after events.
  • Return all food, beverages, and serving equipment to the catering facility promptly.
  • Collect customer feedback through comment cards during catered functions.
  • Ensure the catering facility and equipment are stocked, cleaned, and well-maintained.
  • Deliver friendly and courteous service to all guests at all times.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the menu and available products.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by state law.
