Job Summary:

ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Nurse Director of Nursing to join our team. As a Travel Nurse Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care, supervising and directing nursing staff, and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within a long-term care center, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day patient care and ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory standards
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care center, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living community
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
