About the Role:

The Team Member is the heart of the Caribou Coffee experience, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, crafting high-quality beverages, and bringing the company's purpose and values to life in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, developing ongoing relationships and anticipating their needs.
  • Prepare and serve hand-crafted beverages and food offerings to Caribou standards.
  • Float between barista and guest service roles, taking direction from leaders and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Manage cash transactions, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and actively think about future guest needs.
  • Understand and apply the company's Core Values: Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, and Serve With Love.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Preferred: restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, and moving intermittently during working hours. These demands can be accommodated with or without reasonable accommodations.
