Core Responsibilities:

  • Stock Oversight: Supervise and control inventory levels, guaranteeing that necessary materials are ready for planned production activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to facilitate uninterrupted operations and resolve any scheduling issues.
  • Data Evaluation: Examine production metrics to pinpoint delays, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
  • Effective Communication: Relay production timelines and modifications to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and disseminate regular updates on production efficiency, inventory conditions, and adherence to schedules.
  • Process Improvement: Engage in ongoing improvement projects aimed at refining production planning methods and boosting overall operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with 1-3 years of experience in production scheduling or planning within a manufacturing context, ideally in the beverage sector. Familiarity with production planning software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Project is advantageous. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or a similar qualification is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential for interpreting complex data and making sound decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management abilities are required to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently, along with a keen attention to detail to ensure precision in scheduling and reporting.
