Lockheed Martin's Global Supply Chain Plan & Execute Change Transformation team is in search of a dedicated, detail-oriented problem-solver to enhance our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and supporting communications across the broader Supply Chain Organization as we prepare for the 1LMX Go-Live initiative.

Essential Qualifications:

- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience in requirements development and management
- Proficiency in subcontract management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
- Excellent teamwork and leadership capabilities

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Global Supply Chain experience related to acquisitions, proposals, and contract execution
- Experience in AI solution development
- Knowledge of gap analysis methodologies

Security Clearance Statement: This role requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Remote Work:

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days with 3 days off per week.
