Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Redwood City, CA.

As an OT, you will play a critical role in helping students develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working within the school environment. You will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement personalized treatment plans that support students' educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom setting.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate and support school staff and parents on strategies to assist students in achieving their goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide valuable input on students' progress and needs.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
