About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC). The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in the state of Washington and have a strong understanding of therapy principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and overall health
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, providing one-on-one attention and support to patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and professional standards
