Compensation

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) can expect hourly pay ranging from $35-$37, while Registered Nurses (RNs) can earn between $41-$43 per hour. A competitive weekly pay structure ensures timely compensation for our valued staff.

Job Description

We seek skilled LPNs and RNs to join our dynamic team, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Care for patients with diverse medical conditions and needs in various healthcare settings.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Take vital signs, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to RN supervisors.
  • Assist in implementing physician orders, patient care plans, and prescribed treatments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • An active, unrestricted LPN license or RN license in the State of Michigan (BSN not required).
  • CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, effective communication, and compassion.
