Job Summary

The Housekeeper at MCR Hotels is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking supplies

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hallways and public areas

• Restock guest supplies and cleaning materials as needed

• Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to supervisor or manager

Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Physical ability to stand/walk the entire shift and perform repetitive motions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience cleaning in a hotel or a related field

• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
