Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
- One to three years of experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
