Companion and Caregiver

We offer a competitive salary of $13.25 - $15.25 per hour, based on experience. Our ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and support to patients, engaging in conversation, reading, and other activities
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Encourage patients to participate in recreational activities and outings
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with vulnerable populations or in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and families
• Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency procedures
