Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audits for employee benefit plans, including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans.
- Ensure compliance with IRS and DOL regulations, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through exceptional service and communication, fostering a strong reputation for our firm.
- Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of audit experience, with extensive experience in employee benefit plans required.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
