Job Description

Acloche Staffing is seeking a skilled Baler Associate to join our team at a local manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 45 pounds above head.

Duties:
  • Packing materials for shipment
  • Utilizing Shrink wrap machine to wrap pallets
  • Quality inspections
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Lifting up to 45 pounds above head
  • Standing, bending, stooping, and twisting for 8 hour shifts
  • Working in a warm warehouse
  • No dangly jewelry (wedding bands allowed)
PPE:

Jeans, T-shirt, Tennis Shoes

This is a very physical job, and the successful candidate will be able to train on 1st shift until ready. The hourly rate is $16.00 per hour, based on experience and shift flexibility.
