Job Title: ICU Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled ICU Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
