Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Nuclear Power Engineer to join our Instrumentation and Controls Engineering team. As a Nuclear Power Engineer, you will work on a multi-discipline engineering team involved in nuclear power plant instrumentation and controls betterment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare specifications for the procurement of instrumentation and controls equipment
- Conduct engineering calculations associated with plant upgrades and modifications
- Prepare documentation for design input for drawing production
- Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Strong academic background and coursework in analog and digital control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
