To Go Cashier

The To Go Cashier will be responsible for creating a positive and efficient experience for our guests. This includes greeting and serving customers, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized to-go area. The ideal candidate will be confident, engaging, and professional, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized to-go area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages

• 3 months' experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a to-go or curbside environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Safety Certification and TABC certifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

The To Go Cashier will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with prolonged standing, bending, and lifting of products and supplies. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
