Job Title: Self Storage Property Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self Storage Property Manager to join our team at Stadium Properties LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales calls, leasing storage units, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and operational efficiency of our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Rent storage units and prepare leases
- Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales and make deposits in a timely manner
- Handle the operations of a self-storage facility in a professional and business-like manner
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required
- SiteLink and CallPotential experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
