Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear CV Services Tech to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage assigned personnel to ensure effective planning and operation of the section(s).
  • Evaluate employee performance and take appropriate personnel action when necessary.
  • Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance by providing clear direction and expectations.
  • Create an effective work team and sustain its performance during chaotic and stressful work phases.
  • Maintain inventory and equipment service records, and work with vendors to ensure optimum uptime of equipment.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify relevant issues and accurately define problems, then formulate and evaluate alternatives prior to acting on a solution.
  • Support the mission and vision of Methodist Healthcare System and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
  • Understand and comply with System and facility safety policies and rules, and use appropriate safety equipment and procedures at all times.
  • Adhere to the MHS Code of Conduct and demonstrate ethical behavior as expected by our patients, colleagues, and the community.
Requirements
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT), or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as nuclear medicine technologist in a hospital setting.
  • Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification from Texas Department of Health.
