We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at CNS Cares. As a part-time LPN, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized care to our clients, promoting their independence and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
Requirements
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state(s) of practice
  • Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
  • Valid Driver's License
