Job Title: Travel Speech Language Pathologist

Core Medical Group is seeking a skilled Travel Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in San Luis Obispo, California.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work with our clients in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in a home health setting
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current licensure in California
  • Experience working in a home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
