We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist or Orthotist to join our team at Kids SPOT Pediatric Therapy. As a pediatric therapy clinic, we specialize in treating children with a variety of developmental, orthopedic, and neurologic diagnoses.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated and compassionate professional with a passion for working with children. If you are looking for a dynamic and collaborative work environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Provide assessment and treatment of pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices
- Current Arkansas PT License or American Board certification in Orthotics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
