Senior Reliability Engineer for GaN Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor physics, particularly in GaN power devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop lifetime models of GaN on Si devices
  • Design effective reliability tests in collaboration with foundries and assembly houses
  • Investigate the reliability of new GaN devices through temperature cycling tests
  • Qualify GaN devices according to JEDEC standards
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics, preferably of GaN power devices
  • Previous experience in reliability engineering and related standards practices in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience with finite element simulation tools and TCAD software
  • Strong communication skills in Engineering, material science, electronics engineering, or industrial/R&D experience from a similar technical background
