Baskin-Robbins is the industry leader in ice cream and frozen desserts, and we're seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you'll have the opportunity to build your current decorating skills and showcase your talent in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of cake and prepared ice cream treats, ensuring a beautiful and well-stocked display case.
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized work area, adhering to all Baskin-Robbins dessert decorating quality standards, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Prepare specialty cake orders, managing cake, icing, and decoration inventory, and reviewing videos on new cake and ice cream items as added.
  • Helping out in the front of the store if it gets busy and your assistance is required, and managing inventory and rotating products.

Requirements:

  • Be extremely punctual, as our cake delivery to guests depends on the cake decorator.
  • Be a self-motivator, clean, and organized, with a focus on attention to detail and steady hands.
  • Have a creative approach to decorating cakes, meeting the needs of guests who are ordering cakes for their special occasions.
