Position: Behavioral Support Technician
Compensation Range: $22-$26 based on Experience & Credentials
We are seeking professionals to manage school-based cases in various locations.
Role Responsibilities
- Delivering direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
- Gathering and documenting behavioral data
- Completing detailed progress reports
- Organizing and analyzing behavioral data
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Traveling to clients' educational institutions
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Prior experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong time management and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Clear background check through California DOJ and FBI
- Current tuberculosis screening
- Physical capability to lift, pull, or push items weighing up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform various physical activities such as standing, sitting, kneeling, and walking for extended periods
- Possession or pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, or education
- Graduate students are encouraged to apply as our supervisors are board certified and can provide supervised fieldwork hours
- Valid driver's license and car insurance, with willingness to travel as required
