We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at MercyOne Northeast Iowa. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographs in accordance with guidelines for patients of MercyOne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and trauma x-rays for the clinic, urgent care, and occupational health as well as EKGs as appropriate to age-related needs of the patient.
- Collect x-ray orders and prepare orders so x-rays can be processed.
- Provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the patients served in assigned units.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an approved educational program of x-ray technology
- American Registry of Radiological Technologists registered; must carry an Iowa Permit to Practice and maintain CEUs. BLS. Mandatory Reporter
