About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Adult Psychiatrist to join our clinical team in Manalapan, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care through medication management and therapy.
  • Collaborate with mid-levels and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
Requirements
  • Fully licensed in one or more US states, BC ABPN certified, and unencumbered DEA.
  • Experience in both medication management and therapy.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $250,000 to $380,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Flexible work schedules, including full-time and part-time options.
  • Outpatient work environment with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends.
  • Telemedicine and in-person flexibility, as well as generous compensation for collaboration with mid-levels.
