We are seeking a dedicated Peer Services Coordinator to join our team at ReDiscover. As a key member of our Peer Services Program, you will play a vital role in outreaching and connecting clients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders to essential services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support supervisors and staff with program needs
  • Coordinate needs with intra-agency program leadership
  • Manage and assess data from assessments performed on clients for reporting
  • Outreach and engage clients in the community and educate them on the services provided at ReDiscover
  • Support and assist clients in getting into treatment
  • Supervise Peer Supervisors
  • Complete administrative duties as assigned
