Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores and provide high-quality eye care services to our customers. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, set your own schedule, and control your patient flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients
  • Establish and maintain a loyal patient base
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients
  • Manage your own practice, including staff, equipment, and supplies
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Experience in retail or business management
  • Strong marketing and sales skills
