- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
