About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Medical Group - Clinic in Kokomo, IN. As a key member of our Cardiology department, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and implement patient care plans in accordance with established policies and protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring well-coordinated care.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
