What You'll Do:
  1. Patient Visit Preparation: Prepare charts and notes, set up medical equipment, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
  2. Instrument Maintenance: Clean instruments and equipment after use to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  3. Phone and In-Person Support: Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  4. Supportive Role: Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures.
  5. Lab Result Tracking: Monitor lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle basic medical office duties.
Qualifications:
  • BLS Certification: Obtain BLS certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
