Medninjas is seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of dialysis treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Administer dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Conduct pre- and post-dialysis assessments to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes
Requirements:
- Current CHT or CCHT certification
- Current Washington State MA-HT certification
- Current CPR with BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Medical or technical background relating to patient care or renal environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
