Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled marketing analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can leverage both creative and analytical skills to amplify our outreach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing, and others to maximize our online presence.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Design and implement targeted advertisements for diverse audiences on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, with an emphasis on geofencing strategies.
  • Website Management: Create engaging landing pages and content that resonate with our audience and drive conversions.
  • Graphic Design: Utilize your design expertise to produce visually appealing materials for various marketing channels, including social media and print.
  • Video Production: If you have a flair for video, you will create compelling short videos for our online platforms, showcasing our services in an engaging manner.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous growth.
  • Content Creation: Write informative blog posts and email communications, while also engaging with the public at events to promote our mission.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in driving customer acquisition for high-value products.
  • A blend of technical proficiency and creative insight.
  • Experience with SEM tools, particularly Google AdWords.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Familiarity with video editing and production techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the building trades and home construction is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and the electrification movement.
