The Nook Volunteer Bucket is a convenient drop-off spot for individuals eager to volunteer with Bright Harbor Healthcare. Once a resume is received, our team will arrange a meeting to discuss duties, scheduling, and required documentation.
We strive to change the thought process to include all social determinants of health, including mental health, substance use issues, community safety, education, economic, and food security.
Our food security program connects the community with our food pantry, hosts congregate dining, establishes Ocean County's Food Recovery Network, and provides case management support for barrier reduction, community awareness, and follow-up services.
