### Job Title: RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care to join our team at Focus One/Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a PICU nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children and their families.

### Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the PICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
* Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

### Requirements:

* Current Indiana nursing license.
* At least 2 years of recent experience as a RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care.
* Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
* 2 current clinical references.
