Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive at work consistently and punctually.
  • Perform floor cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Manage waste disposal by collecting trash and emptying receptacles; ensure restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
  • Wash windows and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
  • Dust and polish furniture, walls, and equipment.
  • Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water with detergents or other agents as per guidelines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols when using chemical cleaners and equipment to protect surfaces.
  • Conduct carpet cleaning and floor maintenance tasks, including stripping and sealing.
  • Operate necessary vehicles and equipment for cleaning tasks.
  • Request cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Apply pest control measures to prevent infestations.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to assess and manage cleaning tasks effectively.
  • Ensure waste bins are emptied regularly to maintain cleanliness.
  • Restock restroom supplies and ensure facilities are in good condition.
  • Conduct seasonal checks on safety equipment and utilities.
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure their proper functionality.
  • Work collaboratively with team members or independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation is set at $11 per hour.
